Is our fear of sex as a conversation having a detrimental impact on the youth of today? It is time we grabbed this topic by the balls and took back our global mental health. We should not be ashamed of giving ourselves a good time. Our bodies release pleasure hormones when we have sex and masturbate so why are not making the most of this?
Psychologically Speaking

Displacement
How are you feeling? You don’t have to answer; I wouldn’t know what you have said if you did. But just mull over the question, how are YOU feeling? Not in comparison to someone else, not in relation to the current world affairs but rather right now at this moment.
Gratitude
One thing I have noticed during this lockdown is all the things I took for granted. Seeing my friends at university, going on holiday and even a trip to Sainsbury’s when I wanted a sugar kick. As such, one thing I strive to do is to have more gratitude for both the big and little things in life. Oxford Dictionary defines gratitude as ‘The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness’.

Well, it’s safe to say that from bush fires to storms, 2020 has been quite an eventful year – and we’re only three months in! We are not going to let COVID-19 stop us from achieving our best though. How, you ask? Here are my five top tips to stay productive when learning and studying from home.
