Let’s talk about sex

Is our fear of sex as a conversation having a detrimental impact on the youth of today? It is time we grabbed this topic by the balls and took back our global mental health. We should not be ashamed of giving ourselves a good time. Our bodies release pleasure hormones when we have sex and masturbate so why are not making the most of this?

Psychologically Speaking

When I hear someone (without a PhD in psychology) say ‘well psychologically speaking…’ I know they haven’t got a clue what psychology is. This doesn’t mean that the second half of their sentence is wrong; it just loses impact. Anyway, that hasn’t got anything to do with today’s blog; it is just a pet peeve (you’re welcome!). Seeing as I have spent the last 5.5 years studying human behaviour, I thought I would share with you what I love and why I want to go into academic psychology in the future.

The end…or is it?

Sorry for the break in uploading but I, you know, FINISHED MY DEGREE! So here is the big question, now what? Graduating into this strange ‘new normal’ is challenging so; I thought I would share with you my university experiences and a couple of things I have learnt (besides Psychology) over the last three years.
